Alecia Golm (Walker)
I have been an active attorney in Macomb County, in good standing with the MCBA and SBM, and practice in the heart of downtown Mt. Clemens.  I graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2014 and we sworn in to practice in 2015.  I was hired in with Andary, Andary, David & Andary shortly after and have been working hard to build a successful and strong career in Macomb County.

Being involved and active in the community is a practice in which I have always believed .  During my undergrad career I was a member to numerous committees and helped launch new organizations on each campus.  Finally during law school I was a member of the Student Bar Association, President of the American Bar Association and an active Communications Chair for Phi Alpha Delta.  I volunteer and apply to these types of positions because I love the opportunity to meet and assist members with any issues, I love to be familiar with members of the community, and really enjoy being a part of an organization.  Outside of organizational commitments, I also volunteer time and legal services at local domestic abuse shelters as well as local animal shelters.

It is my goal to establish a role in my County and stay active in this community, both professionally and personally.  I was born and raised in Macomb County and plan to keep my family and career centered in this County as well  I like ot take part in the various activities and programs offered by the Macomb County Bar Association and would like to solidify my role further in the MCBA.  I believe a position with the YLS is a great opportunity to meet the lawyers who service this County, help young lawyers and new lawyers in the County, and really give back to the Bar Association.  Please consider me for Director of the Young Lawyers Section of the Macomb County Bar Association.
