First Monthly Skull Session Roundup
The Criminal Law Committee had a successful kickoff to its new monthly Skull Sessions. These sessions are deigned to give our criminal attorneys a place to share ideas and discuss pre-trial and trial issues. A few attorneys discussed pending case issues, bounced motion ideas around the table and truly offered one an other create solutions and approaches to real time issues.
This month's session also included a discussion on using YouTube as a platform to share quick 10 - 15 minute training sessions on topics such as deviation requests, evidence issues, HYTA changes, collateral consequences for pleas, and helpful tips for dealing with policy cases.
Come and be part of this new forum. Sessions are held on the LAST MONDAY OF EVERY MONTH at Noon in Judge Maceroni's conference room.
