The Macomb County Bar Foundation is the charitable affiliate of the Macomb County Bar Association and is a reflection of the Macomb County legal community’s 100 years of public service and civic involvement.

| How to Contribute |
Founders Plaque
Founders plaque donors are memorialized with an engraved nameplate affixed to the art sculpture in the Macomb County Circuit Court. Funds assist the Foundation achieve its Law Related Education mission. |
Trustees
$150.00 a year. Trustees are encouraged to participate on Board committees. Trustees are invited to the Annual Dinner meeting where each Trustee may vote for the Foundation’s Board of directors. A list of trustees are published in the Macomb County Bar Association’s Bar Brief’s magazine on a quarterly basis. A minimum of two scholarships are awarded to deserving students each year under the Trustees name. List of Trustees |
Memorials and Bequests
Memorials are a lasting gift of support in memory of a friend or colleague. Memorial contributions can be identified for a specific project or endowment, or made as an unrestricted gift. Memorial gifts of $25 or more will be acknowledged with a Memorial Card from the Foundation. Memorial gifts of $250 or more will be recognized with a name plate on the Donors Plaque.
Bequests made through your Will allow you, your family, or your client to make a donation as part of an estate plan. The Foundation may accept gifts in any form, including personal property, securities, life insurance, remainder trusts, etc. There may also be tax advantages to making such donations through a Will. |
Donor Directed Funds
Gifts to the following funds are managed separately from the Foundation’s other funds. Kimberly M. Cahill Fund
Philip Greco Sr. Scholarship Fund.
Individuals are encouraged to make a donation of any amount, in any way to the fund that memorializes one of the Foundations’ founders and one of the Macomb Legal Communities greatest friends.
